Jo has recorded a special collaboration with Simon Ellis, performing S Club 7’s Two in a Million  – which they have dedicated to all of our hard working NHS staff and key workers.

Simon Ellis, has previously worked with S Club 7 many times over the years, including writing some of their biggest hits, including Never had a Dream come true, Don’t Stop Movin‘,  Love aint gonna wait for you and of course, Two in a Million.. to name a few. Simon and his wife also wrote S Club 3’s 2017 single, Family (this song was originally written for S Club 7 during their 2015 reunion, but was never released.. S Club 3 eventually released the song)  – Simon was also musical director on all 4 of S Club 7’s arena Tours ( S Club Party Live 2001, S Club Carnival 2002, S Club United 2003 and Bring it all Back 2015 )

Jo took to Instagram tonight to share a short video (which doesn’t have sound) from a new project she has been working on with her Photographer friend, Carly Brown. The short video, shows Jo in what looks like a studio, singing along to a song. Back in November, Jo first teased the project by posting a photo from the video shoot which was captioned with “Untitled Sessions” which may be the title of their project.  In Jo’s Instagram post today, she wrote :

@jo_omeara Been working hard with the amazing @carlybrownphotography_ for a while now !! Keep your eyes peeled …… I’m Back

What do you all think the new project could be? Could it be new solo music? covers? live sessions of her solo album tracks? Some fans have noticed, that it looks like Jo may be singing along to “You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman” by Aretha Franklin.

Jo ended her post with “I’m Back..” and telling fans to keep their eyes peeled.
